Rebecca (or Becky, as most people know her) founded Youbee Media in 2020 with a mission to help businesses of all sizes grow through smart, creative, and results-driven marketing. With a degree in Marketing and over 15 years of hands-on experience spanning strategy, sales, customer retention, and campaign execution, she brings both depth and breadth of expertise to every project. As Youbee Media’s Marketing Director, Becky is known for her straight-talking, approachable style and her ability to demystify marketing for clients. She thrives on building lasting relationships, ensuring every campaign not only delivers results but also brings joy to the businesses she supports. In 2025, Becky launched The Hive Academy, an online learning community inspired by her popular workshops. The Hive Academy empowers individuals and business owners to confidently navigate social media, with a particular focus on strategy, simplifying complex ideas, and leveraging TikTok for Business. Passionate about sharing knowledge, Becky is a natural educator and communicator, with a track record of helping brands cut through the noise and connect authentically with their audiences.
